We had to bring our cat in as an urgent appointment for a UTI as our regular vet was closed and the urgent care didn’t open until later in the day. They were able to squeeze us in within an hour as a new patient. Staff and Dr. Ray were so nice and took great care of our girl. Dr. Ray took the time to show us and explain the bloodwork and testing results, which was really great to be able to see. Highly recommend Hermitage Animal Clinic.

Where does a retired Veterinarian go as a pet parent when the pet is sick? Well, I am delighted to say, Hermitage Animal Clinic staff and Dr Ray 100% fit the bill!! As a new resident and new pet owner finding it essential to find a Vet in the area, they were quick to respond professionally and enthusiastically. They were able to work us in almost immediately to help diagnose and treat our quite ill new kitten.

I have been bringing my fur babies to Hermitage Animal Clinic for over 20 years. They are always responsive if I have a hurt or sick baby. We have routine wellness checks. We have a very calm dog and one that is a wild child because of the first year of her life she spent chained to a tree. The staff has helped me navigate life with this girl. They are understanding. I love Hermitage Animal Clinic and everyone that works there.

First time taking my Skipper to this clinic and I was so pleased with our experience. The staff was so unbelievably friendly and took excellent care of him. They were very efficient getting us in and out and made us feel very welcome. They were very informative and answered any questions I had about Skips health. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I am excited to bring him back knowing he will be in such good care!

I went in knowing it was time to lay my sweet boy to rest. I was terrified but the staff at hermitage animal clinic made the worst situation as easily and comforting as humanly possible. I felt the sadness and the care for my sweet Boo boos as if they had known him his whole life as well. They took the worst and made it into the best possible situation they could and I could never thank them enough for the grace and compassion they showed. I will absolutely be back and make the drive from Hendersonville to bring my other animals for care. ❤️

Our wee mutt Evy seems to be a regular especially with her ears and skin allergies. The entire staff makes a big deal over her, which I would expect, but they really seem to mean it. Every vet she’s seen has been my favorite which means I trust her to each of them.

Very friendly staff! We were told we need sedation for our dog to get her nails trimmed but the staff and Dr Madeline Hendrix handled her without using any sort of medication to calm her down. They were able to cut her long nails without issues! Will being our 2 other dogs to them and recommend this hospital and team.

i brought my sweet baby silvia here, & everyone there was so so kind. the front desk people were really sweet. the people who took care of my sweet silvia too were so kind as well & didn’t make me feel stupid; they reassured me & tried their best to help keep me in my budget while making sure my baby gets what she needs to recover. thank yall so so much. i’m so forever grateful.

So helpful. I went bc my dog has a kidney stone. She needs surgery.They're so patient and loving with the animals. Very thorough with breaking everything down. I felt listened to. All of my concerns were covered. They really are amazing here. Surgeries are at a certain time and they were able to give me options to work around my schedule and the distance I have to travel to get there. I work overnights so I really appreciate the work around. I absolutely recommend this place it's worth the travel and the money.

I’d been looking for a new vet, and saw they had a $25 first visit deal, so we gave it a try. They were great! The office was clean and cute. They had coffee and small snacks in the waiting room. Everyone was friendly and calm. Good atmosphere all around. Dr. Logan was awesome, and my dog left there already feeling better somehow. Ha! Looks like we found our new vet clinic.
